OVERVIEW
In order to engage and arm a nationwide sales force team, LG Electronics MobileComm U.S.A. implemented training programs to aid retailers and wireless carrier sales teams across the country with tools, tips, and knowledge to sell LG flagship smartphones. The task was to create and manage a multi-channel campaign, always-on approach to digital platforms, and to execute appealing content that resonated with their existing audience. The result, an ecosystem of engaging, useful content; created to drive results.
STRATEGY
From training materials to retail activations, the idea was to infuse purposeful training and content programs, reinforcing the “Life’s Good” promise to sales associates and LG customers. With retention and sales success in mind, we created bite-sized training modules for each product launch. Each product story implements a series of interactions to ensure engagement and conversion; sales tips, interactive exercises, gamification, demos videos and interactive testing are just a few examples.
The friendly user experience and people-first positioning allowed RSAs to explore, learn and confidently recommend LG products everywhere.
